"Bob Palmer VECO 35 Stunt Special"

There is one of these listed on EBAY. The BIN is very high and even if it were half I still wouldn't buy it. But I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of such a VECO? I sure haven't.

Better to have it and not need it than it is to need it and not have it!

I only have so many heartbeats left. I am not wasting them on things that are not fun!

They are normal veco .35's, she is a very good e-bay seller, who has been misinformed. I have 3 NIB.

No, not to my knowledge. Bob Palmer worked for Veco so he had to endorse what he was flying and this engine shown is a later series 100 than one shown in the additional paper picture shows the earlier model without the vertical strengthening ribs front and rear on the upper cylinder fins... Anyway be very careful with this seller as I have had a unsatisfactory experience with a previous purchase

Can they guarantee this is Palmer's engine? Perhaps not.

If I had that kind of money I would get another Ro-Jet .40 BSRE or is REBS. Can't remember.

It'd be nice to see the box and what it says, I think that blue Bob Palmer ticket was in all the engine boxes, .29 and .35.

The seller is wanting to have lunch with a "wish sandwich".

I have been looking for one but not at that price. I bought my 45 for only $25.00.

I have done business many times with this E-Bayer and never had any problems. It appears to me that she only quoted what Veco put in the paperwork included within the box--- see picture #3 I believe.
Still, that seems to me to be a little (or perhaps a LOT) too high.

I asked a couple friends of mine in MECA and they also said this is a "a bunch of crap". I have been leary of this seller since they ran that ST 60 and said it was one of Tom Lays. Even after Tom told them it wasn't they wouldn't change the auction. If you drop the first "A" from his user name you get baloney.

I'm with bigiron, according to my records, I have made 14 purchases with this lady, never had a problem, every item was what it was advertised to be.
